Olivia Van Etten grows and harvests bamboo at her farm in Wadesboro, North Carolina which she uses to create nourishing ready-to-drink bamboo teas and a selection of dry tea mixes. Bamboo teas offer many health benefits – ranging from digestive aids to promoting hair and nail growth.

Brewington Farms

Brewington Farms was established in 1963 in Clinton, NC. Owner Paul Brewington runs a robust operation offering a vast selection of seasonal fruits and vegetables – everything from kale to corn to watermelons to sweet potatoes. He also sells his signature roasted and boiled peanuts, in season.

Coldwater Creek Farms

Coldwater Creek Farms is century-old organic farm located in Concord, NC run by Donna and Brad Hinckley. They grow a wide variety of heirloom produce year-round as well as mill their own line of non-GMO grits, cornmeal, and whole wheat flour.

Caleb and Ryan Cox began their farm in Ellerbe, NC in 2019 with a vision for better quality of life through natural and sustainable food production. They grow a wide variety of seasonal and perennial fruits and vegetables using a no-till, no-chemical approach to enrich soil health while maintaining biodiversity.

Vance and Lindsay Wiliamson craft “low and slow” smoked pork (pulled) and brisket – all from locally and responsibly raised hogs and cattle, never treated with hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. At their tent, you’ll also find their own brand of BBQ sauce and spice rub.

Fire Belly Farm

Ace and Diane Henderson grow a wide variety of hot peppers on their small farm just outside Charlotte’s Plaza Midwood community — which they convert into a selection of mild-to-blazing hot sauces. You’ll also find mild and hot pepper jellies and a selection of dried pepper seasonings.

Green Raven Organics

Shamilla Wiley leads a unique nonprofit organization that focuses on crafting specialty baked goods while addressing food insecurity in underserved populations such as veterans, the blind, and disabled individuals. Visit them each week for a variety of sourdough loaves and bagels.

The Santistevan family has been raising cattle in Mooresville since 2017, focusing on the tradition of whole animal butchery. Each week, you’ll find a variety of steaks and roasts, in addition to brisket, shanks, beef ribs, ground beef, stew beef, marrow, oxtail, and other cuts. You’ll also find farm-fresh eggs.
