As a South End Farmers Market Sponsor, you will be engaged with our farmers market, located in Charlotte’s historic Atherton development, via newsletters, market projects, and special events. Sponsors help us accomplish our mission by ensuring the market serves the needs of the South End community and will continue to thrive into the future. Your annual tax-deductible contribution supports the organization, offers a variety of fringe benefits, and is essential to the continued growth and operation of our market. All sponsors will receive a nonprofit donation letter for tax purposes.

2024 Annual Sponsorship

Includes logo placement with link on the South End Farmers Market website along with a short write-up about your business. Your logo will also be placed in our weekly SEFM newsletter. Your business will be tagged in regular South End Farmers Market social media channels throughout the year, as well as three specific posts naming your business as your role as an Annual Sponsor.
2024 Quarterly Sponsorship

Includes logo placement with link on the South End Farmers Market website during the three-month calendar quarter – as well as the SEFM weekly newsletter. Your business will be tagged in regular South End Farmers Market social media channels at various times, throughout the season, as well as one post dedicated to your business as your role as a Quarterly Sponsor.

Your donation can support Chef Demos ($500 for four demonstrations – dates TBD) or “Music At The Market” ($1000 for four specific dates). Your company will be included on any marketing for that activity.
Sponsor a Farmer for One Year

A way to directly support our local family farms by covering their market vendor fees for the year. Sponsor will be noted with signage at the applicable farmer’s tent as well as any related social media posts.
2024 Event Sponsorships

Sponsors will be noted on all marketing materials, social media notifications and any printed materials. Sponsorship may be shared by more than one partner, if desirable, or a full exclusive sponsorship. Currently scheduled 2024 events include Back-to-School (late summer) and Shop Small Saturday (late fall). Other events may be added if deemed appropriate and advantageous.
Farm-to-Table Dinner Sponsorship

Scheduled for late Spring 2024, this year’s theme is Locally Global. A multi-course meal, with area chefs who are not native Americans making dishes representative of their home countries — using in-season, local ingredients produced by the farmers at our farmers markets. We would pair each course with a North Carolina vineyard wine. Bringing awareness to all that North Carolina has to offer.
